Mastering the art of co-parenting can appear impossible and feel hopeless. Many of us embark on this path without the proper tools to man the challenges that lie ahead. This book offers an honest look into those challenges while revealing helpful solutions broken down into simple steps. The author of this book teamed up with her child’s father to offer a more valid point of view as it pertains to co-parenting. This book speaks to the power of forgiveness and grace that is needed to build a bridge to a brighter future, and a sustainable co-parenting relationship.

About the Author

After experiencing the darkest chapter of her life, Teka emerged educated, motivated, inspired and “reinvented.” She never imagined that dark spot would give birth to so much light – that it would give birth to a movement that would spill out of her and flow into those around. A movement she calls Re-Me (reinvent me). Teka gathered every drop of that inspiration and poured it into Re-Me, the book. A 15-day challenge to spark your journey to a better, brighter you! Teka has over 10 years of training and facilitation experience which she has allowed to become her platform for motivational speaking.

She is known across the state of Georgia for her high energy and out of the box approach to engage, educate, and empower individuals through whatever training she conducts. Teka brings a sense of fun and purpose to her work with youth and adults alike, using result-based facilitation that encourages organizations to achieve at their highest levels. She values the power of relationships in the workplace and often encourages staff to identify and appreciate the differences to build stronger workplace relationships. She is a graduate of Augusta State University and worked for Columbia County Community Connections as the Assistant Director in Harlem, Ga. Teka is now a consultant and specializes in Leadership Training, Program Development, and Results Based Facilitation. It is her desire to motivate and inspire all.

One of the best by far

This is by far one of the best self help books I’ve read in a while. It lets us know that we are not in this alone, we have a village and we should use our village to our advantage. I love how her and her ex- husband came together to give us both perspectives. I know this book will bless the lives of others as it did mines. Way to go!!!!!!!
